Pricing questions
What’s the difference between building and managing?
With a custom build you pay once for a system you own, and can add a monthly plan for maintenance and support. With managed operations we set up and run agreed workflows for you every month, including monitoring, reporting and improvements.
Why is the monthly price a range?
The exact price depends on the tools involved, your volume and complexity. You get one fixed monthly price in your proposal before you sign anything.
What does a “workflow” mean?
One automated process with a clear start and end, for example “new web lead → qualify → CRM → follow-up email”. A run is one time that workflow executes.
What happens if I go over my limits?
We tell you before it happens. You can move to the next plan or approve the extra work at a quoted price. Nothing is charged without your OK.
Are AI and software costs included?
No. Third-party costs like AI usage, phone and SMS, or app subscriptions are paid at cost with no markup, ideally on your own accounts so you always keep ownership.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Plans are month to month after setup, with 30 days’ written notice and no cancellation fee. You keep your accounts, data and documentation.
Do you guarantee more leads or sales?
No. Nobody honest can. We agree on clear measures like response time, hours saved or follow-up rate, then report against them every month and keep improving.
